The Physician must be able to fulfill the following requirements: Exclusively partner with Health Pals to provide treatment bundles for your patients Work with our existing Physicians and our Chief Health Officer, Felicia Eddings, Pharm.D., to create Protocols and Collaborative Practice agreements with Pharmacists Consult with Pharmacists regarding clinical cases, patient treatment, and value-based care Review Pharmacist chart notes Analyzes and investigates concerns using our Quality Management System Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise Provides health education and coaches Pharmacists to assist them in best decision making for your patient population (e.g. Dry Eye or Contact Lens patients) Exhibit excellent clinical skills and judgement Display efficient written and verbal communication skills Be a great team player Be capable of utilizing computers and patient databases for clinical management purposes Be proficient in the following types of Software: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Teams Microsoft PowerPoint Zoom Cisco Webex Google Meet Role: Ophthalmological Surgeon Industry Type: Medical Services / Hospital Department: Healthcare & Life Sciences Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Doctor Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Medical-MS/MD in Psychology Key Skills Social media analyticsExcelPDFAnalyticalSocial mediaMarketing campaignsOphthalmologyciscoAnalyticsWebEx
