About Us

  • We are looking for an innovative HR Manager whose primary duty in this role is the facilitation of new hires for the company
  • This includes screening, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
  • You will also assist with employee relations, performance management, and talent management
  • You are to represent both the employee and the organisation
  • To excel in this role, you must be highly organised, dedicated, and must be familiar with local, state, and federal regulations for HR

Key responsibilities
  • The whole recruitment process starting from talent hunt to hiring including contacting references and performing background checks, involves end to end recruitment.
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring goals and procedures.
  • Organising new employees orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Reviewing procedures for employees safety, welfare, health, and wellness.
  • Answering questions and concerns by candidates and employees about the company.
  • Informing applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  • Processing paperwork and maintaining high end documentation.
  • Planning and coordinating the workforce to best use employees talents.
  • Resolving issues between management and employees.
  • Developing appropriate organisational policies.
  • Coordinating and supervising the work of specialists and staff, and providing necessary feedback.
  • Directing disciplinary procedures.
  • Conducting team building activities on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Master s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any other related fields.
  • Knowledge about Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Knowledge about employment law, compensation, organisation planning, employee relations, and labour laws.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Additional skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building, teamwork, and employee coaching skills.
  • Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the technical ecosystem.
