We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives through research, competitor analysis, content planning, and routine marketing tasks. Key Responsibilities Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and Zappyhire s product features for comparison documents and battlecards. Assist in setting up and scheduling routine marketing emails and drip campaigns. Work on short form content such as - email, social posts, website content as required. Plan and maintain the social media content calendar , ensuring timely execution. Monitor competitor activities, feature updates, and pricing changes to help build comparison documents. Work on backlinking strategies to enhance SEO performance Coordinate with internal teams for marketing assets and campaign execution. Ensure timely updates to marketing materials, blogs, and outreach content. Requirements 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Formal education in Marketing through a Bachelor s degree or certifications or courses is required. Must be a fast learner, proactive, creative and be able to work with minimal supervision. Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics , HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus. Fair understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media management .
