We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will playa crucial role in understanding and analyzing the data needs of our clients, translating business requirements into actionable insights, and driving the successful implementation of AI and data solutions. As a Business Analyst at GTS, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality datasets that meet our clients needs and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and business objectives.

Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into detailed specifications for dataset creation.

Work with internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Project Management:

Develop project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of datasets.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that arise.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders regularly.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze datasets to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.

Generate detailed reports and insights based on data analysis.

Provide recommendations for data improvements and enhancements.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on project progress.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI and data analytics.

Contribute to the development of new service offerings and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the AI or data analytics industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python).

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI and concepts.

Familiarity with data collection and dataset creation processes.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
