Project Manager for Civil and MEP Construction is responsible for all aspects of team leadership, planning, coordinating, executing and client relations for the project. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in engineering, strong project management skills, and effective leadership abilities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Skills Required:
Candidate should have the experience approx. 15-20 years in the same domain.
M.tech/B.tech in Civil Engineering.
Project planning and site execution, deliver project on time and cost.
Strong technical knowledge of construction principles, methods, quality systems and materials.
Clarity of building codes, regulations, Health & Safety standards applicable to construction projects.
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in MS project, AutoCAD, Excel, Power Point
