Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Academic Counselors to connect with students and parents, understand their educational requirements, recommend suitable learning programs, and convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact students and parents through calls to understand their academic needs.

• Explain courses, educational programs, and learning solutions.

• Recommend suitable programs based on students' requirements.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into admissions.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide post-sales assistance when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer handling.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Ability to build customer relationships and handle objections.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Willingness to work full-time from the Noida office.
