Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Oversee the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations and Engagement
Foster a positive work culture and resolve employee grievances effectively.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to maintain open communication.
Training and Development
Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs for employees.
Develop leadership and professional development initiatives.
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary.
Performance Management
Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers.
Develop strategies for employee retention and career growth.
Policy Development and Compliance
Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Ensure company adherence to employment laws and regulations.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR compliance standards are met.
Compensation and Benefits
Design competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
Manage payroll, incentives, and performance bonuses.
Analyze market trends to ensure alignment with industry standards.
HR Analytics and Reporting
Track HR metrics to measure the success of HR initiatives.
Prepare reports on employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Qualifications
bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
