About Us

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels, and data analytics, and a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for maximum performance. As a Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for driving measurable results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing and business goals. Digital Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing. Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse data and key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets for performance marketing campaigns. Monitor spending, allocate resources effectively, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact. Conversion Optimization: Work closely with the UX/UI team to optimize landing pages and website elements for better conversion rates. Implement strategies to improve the overall user experience and maximize conversion opportunities. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand guidelines. Testing and Experimentation: Conduct ongoing A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in campaign performance. Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing. Qualifications: Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels. In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
