Relationship Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with gold loan inquiries and explain product features, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Guide customers through the loan application and KYC process.
• Provide doorstep services such as documentation collection and gold evaluation coordination.
• Support the Relationship Manager in completing loan files and ensuring all documents are verified.
• Coordinate with internal teams for loan approval, disbursement, and verification.
• Assist in coordination for gold pickup, storage, and secure transportation as per Rupeek’s standard operating procedures.
• Visit customer locations when required for loan-related services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum: Any Graduate (BBA/MBA/PGDM preferred).
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/regional language).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, mobile apps).
• Customer-facing attitude and confidence in field operations.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
