Design and develop robust front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
Implement server-side logic to manage requests and responses effectively.
Create and maintain database systems using SQL/NoSQL technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn designs into functional web applications.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Test and debug applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
Develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
Document processes, code, and technology stacks for knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and set development roadmaps.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
Participate in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in full stack development.
Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, preferably React.js, Codenighter 3.,Express JS.
Strong knowledge of server-side programming languages like Node.js or Python.
Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug web applications efficiently.
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and practices.
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Diligence in writing clean and maintainable code.
