Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities :-
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand the business needs and objectives.
Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and operations, to define business processes and functional specifications.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.
Create clear and concise business requirement documents, process flows, and user stories for system enhancements and projects.
Provide support in the testing and validation of new systems, features, and processes.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, progress, and issues.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of business solutions, providing recommendations for optimization.
Provide training and support to end-users on new or updated systems and processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within [industry].
Strong knowledge of business process modeling and requirement gathering techniques.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
