React JS Developer

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance React.js applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement responsive UI/UX designs with a focus on user experience.
• Optimize application performance through best practices and debugging techniques.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance development processes.

Candidate Requirement:

• 3+ years of experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep understanding of React hooks, context API, state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.
