Newndra Innovations is looking for Business Developer cum Growth hacker to work on prestigious and award winning Innovations. Business Developer cum Growth hacker is responsible for end to end business development activities for a promising startup.
Job Requirements:
Must have atleast 2-5 years of experience and good track record of launching new medical devices and products. Must have experience of making and executing the business plans. Must have strong desire to work in Startup environment. Startup experience highly preferred. Must have experience of raising the fund and grants for the startup. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Good presentation and pitching skills. Proficient in PC tools including MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop. Other duties include:
Planning and overseeing new development and production activities. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events Salary: As per industry standard. Flexible for deserving candidates.
Locations: Jaipur. May need to travel in India and abroad.
