HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will ensure HR policies align with business objectives while fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in talent acquisition, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing resolutions.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Organize employee training and development programs.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
• Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
