Role & responsibilities:

• Coordination with the district level Managers (Finance) and compilation of the JJM financial progress from the districts under the jurisdiction of the PHED-Region.

• Report to respective Additional Chief Engineers, TSU (Chief / Assistant Chief) and other higher authorities of department in the required formats / reports.

• Work as a bridge between districts and the state level JJM team for facilitating financial data compilation, monitoring and reporting of JJM financial progress. Make adequate and effective auditing. Prepare audited reports. Assist in PAC / AG / CAG / General auditing and reporting. Assist to enquiry teams.

• Critically examining the financial progress / data submitted by the district TSU team. Compilation of regional financial data, analyze the district level dashboard data for physical and financial progress. Take corrective measures.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required:

• MBA (Finance) / M.Com / ICWA/ CMA degree / CA with experience of Accounting/ Auditing/Reporting and Computerized Financial Management

• 04 years of accounting work experience in compilations of financial data, Statutory Auditing /CAG Auditing and conversant with online & computerized portals for financial data updation at managerial level with PMUs/PMC/Supervision Consultancy
