Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record with 5/6 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.

People-centric mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Proficiency in leveraging Human Resources metrics.

Familiarity with HR systems and databases.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels of the organization effectively.

Thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
