Analyze client requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions. Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and user demos. Lead configuration and customization using declarative tools and Apex/LWC when needed. Manage solution design documents, process flows, and system architecture. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams for smooth delivery. Provide post-implementation support, training, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional global teams to drive project success. What You Bring to the Table (Ideal Candidate Must Have): 3+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting with both functional and technical depth. Hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong knowledge of Flows, Process Builders, and general Salesforce configuration. Familiarity with Apex, LWC, and integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Zapier, Boomi, etc.). Proven experience in business analysis, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, Platform Dev, Consultant-level) preferred. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, fully remote environment.
