About the Role: This is a full-time role for an Entrepreneur in Residence, reporting directly to the founder, you'll be the driving force behind our strategic development, relentless in cultivating key partnerships, and executing visionary business expansion strategies. This role extends to New Business Development, Product Development, Process Creation, financial analysis, optimizing revenue streams, and enhancing profitability. A creative thinker, you'll spearhead innovative campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends. Navigating challenges with tenacity, you'll proactively turn obstacles into growth opportunities. &: 1. You will plan and execute the research for a New Vertical, GTM, Sales and own the revenue from B2B side, whilst building/lead an A+ team eventually. 2. Own the product roadmap and lead Growth initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes - from building, launching, and optimizing critical user flows 3. Own the P/L of the B2B revenue, with required ownership with other functional leaders of product, business operations and support functions on finance, recruiting etc. 4. Build metrics for this function own strategy and execution for the B2B growth function from end-to-end, including setting goals, planning and executing GTM and prioritizing initiatives. 5. Rigorously measure KPIs and progress against articulated growth objectives, and develop reporting for execs and companywide consumption. 6. As the EIR youll define brand positioning for the B2B market, acquire demand and revenue with balancing a hands-on and strategic approach. You will be responsible for driving our B2B efforts, including setting strategy, executing, and measuring results. 7. You will partner with the cofounder through regular interactions and guidance along with other senior executives. Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement lead B2B acquisition, adoption, retention, and re-activation by creating the playbook for growth to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. 8. Collaborates with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment. 9. Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer. 10. Works with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers. 11. Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. 12. Defines and executes go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and sales have what they need to be successful. 13. Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment. 14. Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks. 15. You will have a significant impact on the companys performance, strategy, and value creation. This is an ideal position for an ambitious person with a vast business development / analysis background with experience in driving revenue, growth, building brand, developing strategies, supported by sound financial and business analysis. Requirements: 1. 2-5 years of experience as a Product Manager , Engineering ++, Product marketing, understanding of HCM, CRM, ERP, ITSM similar enterprise categories, understanding of SaaS and its KPIs is a must. 2. Willingness to hustle get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity 3. Someone who enjoys being an entrepreneur, takes ownership, anticipates trends and embraces innovation. 4. Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities 5. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills. 6. Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail. 8. Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary - a sense of accountability and sound personal judgment. 9. You have strong experience in Growth Hacking, customer insights, data driven good communicator. 10. Previous experience in P/L ownership of B2B and ownership in any company's revenue stream or in a startup EIR role is a plus.
