Role and Responsibilities 1. Planning: Developing strategic plans and objectives for TB projects in alignment with organizational goals and priorities. 2. Implementation: Ensuring the effective execution of TB-related activities, such as screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care. 3. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establishing monitoring mechanisms to track progress towards project goals and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions. This involves collecting and analysing data on TB cases, treatment outcomes, and program performance. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with government agencies, healthcare providers, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to mobilize resources, foster partnerships, and coordinate efforts for TB control. 5. Capacity Building: Providing training and support to healthcare staff and community workers to enhance their skills in TB diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. 6. Advocacy: Advocating for increased awareness, funding, and policy support for TB control initiatives at local, national, and international levels. 7. Budget Management: Managing project budgets, expenditures, and financial resources efficiently to ensure the optimal utilization of funds. 8. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in TB management and research activities. 9. Reporting: Generating timely and accurate reports on project activities, outcomes, and challenges for internal use and external stakeholders, including donors and government agencies. 10. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them, such as infection control measures and emergency response plans.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Degree in BDS/ BHMS/ BSC Nursing/ MSW/ Public Health with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the field of Rural Health in a technical / leadership role. Good communica on, planning, coordina on, IT, and documenta on capabili es Preferred: Demonstrated understanding of the health administration setup in Rajasthan Demonstrated experience and knowledge of maternal and (TB) programs and policies in India Demonstrated expertise in strategic program planning, implementation, and Technical Assistance provision. Knowledge of the basic principles and prac ces related to management of Digital Health ecosystem in the country

Ability to objectively analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative health program monitoring and evaluation data and has an eye for details. Ability to travel extensively to gather firsthand information about challenges faced by ground team in effective implementation of key solutions. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, and ability to work seamlessly across levels. Fluency in English and knowledge of local working language (Hindi) is essential.
