About Us

As the Human Resource Manager at Divrit Consultancy Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our human resources strategy to align with the organizations business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and oversee employee benefit programs, including evaluating and enhancing the benefits package.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company policies on a range of workplace issues, such as disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, and more.
  • Analyze training needs and coordinate employee training programs, including onboarding and induction for new staff.
  • Develop and manage employee performance review processes to ensure high performance across all levels.
  • Align HR strategies and initiatives with business goals to foster organizational growth and enhance productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, demands, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired.
  • Foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, systems, and processes to streamline operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Nurture a positive work environment by promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and high morale.
  • Monitor and manage the performance appraisal system to drive and sustain high performance across the organization.
  • Provide HR-related decision support to management through the use of HR metrics and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the human resource domain.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an HR management role, ideally within a corporate or E-Commerce environment.
  • Strong people orientation with a focus on achieving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic HR plans in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.

Salary and Remuneration:

Compensation: As per the candidate's previous CTC and qualifications.
