Sr. Sales Executive

Develop and implement sales strategy, report sales metrics & manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion. Generating new business opportunities by emails, cold calling, LinkedIn campaigns and social media platforms. Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new Channel Partners. Responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top-quality prospects. Contacting and following up with new prospective Clients and setting up new business opportunities. Responsible for closing inbound leads generated through online marketing campaigns. In order to close the sales, take complete ownership of providing the right solution to the Clients & Achieve a high lead to conversion rate. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals. Ensure delivery Most importantly, take ownership and deliver 100% of your sales target without giving any reasons or blaming external circumstances. Manage the sales team & will perform managerial duties to meet the company s operations goals. Regularly evaluate team performance, identify gaps, and plan training to improve performance and achieve desired results Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any stream or equivalent. 7+ Years of relevant experience in Sales. Ability to drive and achieve sales targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. Ability to construct win-win deals for company. should have strong interpersonal, leadership & communication skills. Pre-Requisites Candidates with Laptop and High-speed Internet connectivity must.
