Sales Executive - IT Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales of our IT solutions, CRM systems, and digital marketing services. Responsibilities Prospect and target potential clients domestically and internationally for our IT solutions and digital marketing services. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and develop customized solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent follow-up. Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals and presentations. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Requirements Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within IT solutions, CRM systems, or digital marketing. Strong understanding of IT technologies, CRM systems, and digital marketing strategies (Deal Breaker). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, both independently and collaboratively. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools a plus.
