Warehouse & Inventory Management

Responsibilities: •

Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, preservation, packaging and dispatch of materials. • Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, shelf-life control, ESD compliance, and adherence to AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer requirements. • Maintain all warehouse and logistics documentation, including GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, RGP/NRGP, E-Way Bills, and inventory records. • Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Project teams to ensure timely material availability and efficient material flow. • Support internal and external audits, stock verification activities, configuration control, Calibration log maintaining and compliance requirements for defence and aerospace programs. • Drive warehouse best practices, inventory optimization, ERP/SAP utilization, 5S implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Management and preservation of hazardous materials, consumables, MSDS
