Delivering functionality within these estimated effort and time frames Ability to motivate staff in a team- oriented, collaborative environment. Should have at least 0.6- 2 yrs of experience into WORDPRESS Should have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP Knowledge of Jquery/ Ajax will be preferred Should have good analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of open source cms like WORDPRESS is necessary. Candidates from MCA/ B- tech/ BE will be preferred. Hands- on any PHP based framework/ CMS, Action Script Must write efficient code with documentation. Can read code written by others. Has experience debugging code. Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be self- discipline
