Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, skill development initiatives, recruitment activities, and policy formulation.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.
  
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee relations, welfare, and performance appraisal processes.
  
• Handle grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling mechanisms.
  
• Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in human resources management in the engineering & construction industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of contract labour management, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
  
• Ability to develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
