HR Intern (Recruitment)

Description As an HR Recruitment Intern, your primary responsibilities will include: Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job boards, social media, and networking events to source active and passive candidates. Application Tracking: Maintain applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate. Recruitment Strategy: Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding activities to attract high-quality candidates. Reporting: Prepare reports on recruitment activity and metrics. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
