Senior Growth Associate - Marketing

As a Senior Growth Associate (Marketing) at Datahash, you will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies to drive inbound demand and establish Datahash as a thought leader in the first-party data space and on third-party cookie deprecation. You will assist in the implementation of paid growth initiatives and nurturing leads. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Campaign Implementation: Implement paid growth initiatives like PPC campaigns andpaid social media advertising to acquire leads. Implement Social Media campaigns targeted for organic growth and supporting and content syndication. Implement lead nurturing programs to convert them from leads to customers and for upselling existing customers. 2. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to track key performance indicators and identify areas for optimization. Generate reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholder. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to coordinate efforts and drive results. Requirements Should have 3-5 years of working experience. Previous experience in marketing or related roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
