Human Resource Intern

Collaborate with business leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
Develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance, employee engagement, and company culture.

Talent Management:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for the corporate functions team, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.
Implement and manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively.
Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.

Performance Management:

Support the team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
Work with business heads to identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.

Employee Relations Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any issues of diversity and inclusion.
Handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Leave and Attendance:

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.

Policy Implementation:

Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, Handbook and procedures to align with industry best practices.
Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments.
Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on policy adherence and employee relations best practices.

Job Requirements:

7+ years of experience as a Human Resource professional.
Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
Excellent time management communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, high-energy individual who has been part of transformations.
