About Us

  • Collaborate with business leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies to support these objectives.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives that drive performance, employee engagement, and company culture.
Talent Management:
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for the corporate functions team, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and assist in creating job descriptions.
  • Implement and manage onboarding processes to integrate new employees effectively.
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
Performance Management:
  • Support the team in setting performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Work with business heads to identify high-potential employees and develop career progression plans.
  • Address performance issues in a timely and constructive manner.
Employee Relations Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Design and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture, addressing any issues of diversity and inclusion.
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Leave and Attendance:
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes and updates.
Policy Implementation:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, Handbook and procedures to align with industry best practices.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across all departments.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on policy adherence and employee relations best practices.
Job Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Human Resource professional.
  • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results
  • Excellent time management communication skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, high-energy individual who has been part of transformations.
