Sr Mobile Developer (Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React Native concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase. To ensure success as a React Native Developer, you should have extensive knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications. Ultimately, a top-class React Native Developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.   Key Responsibilities : Lead the design, development, and deployment of new features in our React Native applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve our product. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. Proven experience as a React Native Developer with at least 4 years of experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles. Experience with popular React Native workflows (such as Flux or Redux). Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. A knack for benchmarking and optimization. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
