We're a digital marketing agency with clients globally. Right now, we're missing one big piece someone who can make videos that actually stop the scroll.
We're looking for a Video Editor who is comfortable with AI tools. Not just CapCut and Premiere, we mean someone who can sit in front of Runway, Veo, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs and create a video from scratch when there's no footage to start with.
If you love telling stories through video, this is for you.

⏬ What you'll be doing
▪️ Make videos from scratch using AI when we don't have footage.
▪️ Edit videos that clients give us into Reels, Shorts, and ads.
▪️ Create ads for Meta (Facebook + Instagram) that get people to stop and watch.
▪️ Come up with your own ideas .
▪️ Handle multiple client projects without dropping the ball.

⏬ What you need to have
A must:
🔘 2–3 years of video editing experience.
🔘 Strong with AI video tools — Runway, Pika, Veo, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Submagic, or similar. Tell us in the application which ones you actually use.
🔘 Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
🔘 A real eye for storytelling — your videos should have a beginning, middle, and end, not just nice transitions.
🔘 Comfortable working on Reels (9:16), feed posts (1:1, 4:5), and ad formats.

⏬ Good to have:
▪️ Past work on Meta Ads or YouTube ads.
▪️ Some scripting or copywriting ability.
▪️ Sense of music and sound design.
