Role & responsibilities

Project Onboarding & Documentation

• Set up and manage project documentation in Confluence, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new projects, ensuring all team members have the necessary tools and information.
• Maintain structured workflows for tracking tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

Time & Resource Management

• Use Hubstaff for tracking work hours, activity, and productivity across teams.
• Verify timesheets with team members to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor and optimize resource allocation to avoid bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Project Tracking & Coordination

• Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Track project progress, flag potential delays, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
• Ensure project roadmaps, deadlines, and milestones are clearly defined and communicated.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies.

Communication & Reporting

• Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and action plans.
• Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and conflict resolution.
• Prepare and share reports on project performance, timelines, and key metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to oversee project onboarding, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project documentation in Confluence, track time and productivity using Hubstaff, verify timesheets, facilitate stand-ups, and ensure project deadlines are met.
