Community Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled individual who possesses boundless curiosity and creativity In this role, you will work directly with target communities to engage and influence them with our products and other offerings You will connect with consumers through meetings, events, and in-person interactions Responsibilities Developing community outreach programs that encourage community participation in local events and activities Maintaining relations with community members, organizations, businesses, and other entities to coordinate service delivery and identify needs Organizing educational seminars and workshops for a communitys residents on topics such as health, wellness, parenting skills, etc Promoting cultural awareness and educational opportunities through public events such as art shows, theatrical productions, etc Facilitating community outreach by building relationships with community members and local leaders Handle queries and questions on social media channels and hold various types of virtual events. Collaborate closely with the marketing team, share ideas and feedback, and design a roadmap to achieve important goals.
