React JS Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex features and components for our React-based web applications.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to translate designs and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Implement and maintain state management solutions using Redux or similar technologies.
• Leverage HOCs and other advanced React techniques to optimize code reusability and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the frontend development landscape.
• Work effectively within an Agile development environment.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 4+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.

Extensive experience with Redux or a similar state management library.

Deep understanding of React concepts, including components, props, state, lifecycle methods, and hooks.

Proven experience with Higher-Order Components (HOCs) and other advanced React techniques.

Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, AngularJS/React, Node.js) is a significant plus.

Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility is essential.
