Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training and development, and HR policy compliance. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong leadership background who can drive strategic HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and ensure effective HR practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for all positions, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
    • Oversee the new employee onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into the company and alignment with organizational culture.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on a wide range of HR issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop, implement, and manage performance review systems that align with business goals and foster employee growth.
    • Partner with department heads to identify training and development needs and create tailored development programs for staff.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
    • Oversee the companys compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair salary structures and benefits offerings.
    • Regularly review and adjust compensation strategies to stay competitive in the market while ensuring budget alignment.
  • Compliance & Legal:
    • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies to minimize risk and maintain ethical HR practices.
    • Monitor workplace safety regulations and ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.
  • Training & Development:
    • Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational knowledge.
    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and career development to strengthen the workforce and increase engagement.
  • HR Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR-related reports to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance.
    • Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, retention rates, and employee engagement, providing insights to senior management.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
    • Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and morale through targeted interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Proven track record in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
    • Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Proficient in HR software, employee management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional travel may be required for recruitment, training, or other HR-related activities.
