• Manage payroll processes and employee benefits
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and deductions

Performance Management

• Design and implement performance appraisal systems
• Provide feedback and track employee growth

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Plan team-building activities and events
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace

Compliance & Policy Management

• Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance
• Develop and update HR policies as needed

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and organize training programs
• Facilitate career development initiatives

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelors or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: 2-5 years in HR roles (for mid-level positions)
• Skills Required:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR tools like Workday, BambooHR, or Zoho People
• Sound knowledge of labor laws and compliance
