Description We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic fresher/ student who is willing to learn and grow in the field of Human Resource Management. DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assistance with Training Management Assistance in launching HR Policies Onboarding and Induction for new joinees Employee Engagement Note: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks. KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Fresher/ Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for BBA/ MBA Fluency in English Good interpersonal skills and ability to work. Open to new challenges. Good at documentation and reporting skills. Good computer skills ? MS Office and Working on CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Proactive and self-motivated. Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
