Senior Associate - Community

Act as the main point of contact for the volunteer community. Address any concerns, feedback, or suggestions from volunteers. Plan, organize, and execute offline and online events to engage and inspire the community. Create initiatives and programs to keep volunteers motivated and actively involved across domains and experience levels. Conduct interviews and show of interest calls with potential volunteers. Select and onboard volunteers based on their skills and the needs of our partner NGOs. Build and continuously improve frameworks for the onboarding and management of volunteers. Manage and maintain our communication channels for volunteer community, including social media, newsletter and other platforms. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote volunteer opportunities and community events. REQUIREMENTS 2-5 years of experience Someone who gains energy from talking to people and building relationships. Has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. Proficiency in social media management and content creation. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute engaging community programs. Embrace setbacks and be open to learning anything new. Has a passion for making a difference. And finally, loves taking ownership and driving initiatives. WORK EXPECTATIONS AND CULTURE OVERVIEW This is a full-time role requiring availability 6 days a week, including Saturdays (half day) and Sundays off. We do provide flexibility in work timings, allowing you to manage chores and personal commitments during the week. The role demands a strong willingness to work 45+ hours a week. We wouldn t be able to take your application forward if you have circumstances preventing you from meeting these requirements. Your compensation will exceed social sector standards.
