Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other lead-generation tools to identify potential clients in the IT domain.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that align with their business requirements.
  • Proposal Management: Collaborate with the technical team to prepare customized proposals and presentations.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing sales strategies, identifying market trends, and supporting the sales team with valuable insights.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends in IT services and solutions to confidently present and position BriskCovey Technologies offerings.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors and the industry to provide strategic input.
  • Collaboration with Freelancers: Work closely with freelancers and contractors for specific project needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT domain (preferably in a pre-sales or sales role).
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork for lead generation.
  • Proven experience in client interaction, proposal creation, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business benefits.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as with teams (including freelancers).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying client needs.
