To apply for any position, email your updated CV to hr@brainstream.tech VTiger CRM Developer Experience : 2+ years Position : 1 Location : Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Customize and extend VTiger CRM modules, workflows, and features. Develop and implement custom modules, fields, and automation processes in VTiger. Integrate VTiger CRM with third-party applications (API integrations). Optimize database queries and CRM performance. Develop and maintain custom scripts and plugins to enhance CRM functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve VTiger CRM issues and bugs. Work with teams to understand business needs and translate them into CRM solutions. Ensure data security, backup, and system performance. Provide user training and support for CRM functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in VTiger CRM 6/7+ customization and development. Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience in developing custom modules, workflows, and UI enhancements. Knowledge of CRM integrations with third-party tools (e.g., ERP, Payment Gateways, Email Services, etc.). Familiarity with Linux servers, version control (Git), and web services. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Experience in VTiger upgrades, migrations, and API development is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with SuiteCRM, SugarCRM, or other CRM platforms. Understanding of MVC frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter. Knowledge of OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and role-based access control. Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or cloud-based CRM hosting.
