Php Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build robust, high-performance web applications. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex PHP-based applications. You should have a deep understanding of PHP, modern web technologies, and industry best practices, along with a solid experience in working with large-scale systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP 7.x/8.x and modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring code quality.
• Architect, build, and deploy complex PHP-based applications and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
• Perform code reviews and suggest improvements to enhance the development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, DevOps, and product) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Optimize application performance through caching, database indexing, and query optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PHP development, web technologies, and frameworks.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and TDD to ensure robust code quality.
• Work with CI/CD tools to streamline deployment and automate repetitive tasks.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with PHP (7.x/8.x), MySQL, and PHP frameworks such as Laravel, wordpress Symfony, Zend, CodeIgniter, etc.
• Proficiency in OOP principles, design patterns, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL, NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB), and experience in query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs, and integrating third-party APIs.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.) for full-stack development.
• Strong experience with Git and Git-based workflows for version control.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization using Docker.
• Understanding of web security best practices to prevent security risks like SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.
• Familiarity with tools like Postman (API testing), Xdebug, PHPUnit for testing and debugging.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Trello.
