Job Description:

Must have experience as HR Manager , managing 100 to 200 Employees.
Must create & improve Documentation Must have Tech talent Recruitment experience (ex - Node js)
Campus recruitment experience
Experience in Appraisals
Excellent communication skills & people management , Orientation ,
communication , training , empowering , reporting , Human capital resource
management. Desired skills and Experience:

Must be from a good University , with MBA in HR.

Good understanding of Team management

Minimum 4 - 7 Years of experience and Should be a Graduate in MBA - HR discipline.

Excellent presentation & communication skills
