₹30,000 – ₹33,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales executives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in sales, and the capability to drive team performance while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
  • Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales productivity and conversion rates.
  • Track individual and team KPIs and provide regular feedback.
  • Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling within a sales process.
  • Experience in BPO Sales, Website Sales, Software Sales, Upselling Processes, or Banking Sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving team sales targets.
  • Experience managing a team of 15+ sales agents.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
