Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing sequences.
Create and optimize landing pages and digital funnels for lead capture.
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM.
🔹 Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities across industries.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold emails/calls, and B2B directories.
Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales/technical team.
Maintain accurate records of prospects and follow-ups in CRM.
Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand customer needs and offer the right ERP solution
Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or IT/B2B software sales.
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
Good understanding of business processes (accounting, inventory, CRM, HR, etc.)
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
