We’re looking for a professional with deep functional expertise in ServiceNow modules like Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), or HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
This is not a platform configuration or development role — instead, you’ll translate real business workflows and decision logic into structured, data-driven tasks that help improve AI model reasoning across enterprise processes.
Key Highlights:
Define decision frameworks for AI reasoning and Reinforcement Learning initiatives.
Create realistic, scenario-driven tasks mirroring ServiceNow workflows (case handling, SLAs, HR requests, incidents).
Write instructions aligned with ServiceNow processes and represent tasks in JSON format.
Use SQL to analyze data for accuracy.
Apply prompt engineering to design clear, structured AI training tasks.
📌 Engagement Details:
Type: Contract | Freelance | Remote
Duration: 2 Months
Payout: ₹900/hour (≈ ₹1,44,000/month for 40 hrs/week)
Working Hours: 8 hrs/day with a 4-hour PST overlap
Experience: 5+ years
TDS: 10% (as per Indian Govt. norms)
Start: Immediate joiners preferred
