Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Develop and execute hiring strategies to recruit skilled labor, engineers, and project managers.
• Partner with site supervisors to assess workforce needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate contracts, and onboard new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Address employee grievances and mediate conflicts effectively.
• Maintain positive labor relations with unions and construction workers.

3. Training & Development

• Organize safety and technical training programs for construction workers.
• Implement leadership development programs for supervisors and site managers.
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance on career growth.

4. Payroll & Compensation Management

• Oversee salary structures, wages, and benefits for site and office staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage bonuses, overtime, and incentives based on project performance.

5. Health, Safety & Welfare

• Work with the Health & Safety team to enforce safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and labor policies.
• Manage workers welfare programs, accommodation, and transportation.

6. HR Administration & Reporting

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Develop HR policies and update company handbooks.
• Prepare reports for management on employee productivity and HR metrics.
