Location: Remote Experience: 5-7 years About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager (Paid & Organic) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of both paid and organic social strategies, understands audience behavior, and can craft compelling content that resonates. Key Responsibilities: Channel Strategy: Benchmarking industry best practices and performance. Mapping audience personas and behaviors to refine targeting. Conducting competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Creating and managing a social media content calendar across platforms : FB, Instagram, Twitter, X, YT) Managing paid media campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Content & Engagement: Lead organic content strategy by crafting high-impact posts, stories, and video content to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging creatives and messaging. Leverage influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and user-generated content to drive authenticity and engagement. Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter , ensuring efficient budget utilization. Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation for better targeting and conversions. Track and optimize ad performance to improve ROI. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly. Generate detailed performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders. Identify trends, insights, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategies. Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a focus on paid and organic strategies. Experience in EdTech or HealthTech is a plus. Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter/X Ads with knowledge of A/B testing and audience segmentation. Strong understanding of content marketing, audience psychology, and social media algorithms . Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and reporting dashboards . Prior experience working with US markets or US-based clients . Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
