Senior PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP frameworks. Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely delivery of critical projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Review and write clean, well-designed, and efficient code. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development. Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony). Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL. Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Ability to manage and lead a development team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
