Calling new leads and follow ups to increase the revenue of the studio.
Scheduling appointments.
Studio management.
Inventory tracking.
Assisting tattoo artists with studio operations.
Capturing customer details as per the process.
Provide immersive customer service experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or its equivalent at least 1 year of experience Should have a fair knowledge of excel.
Experience working on CRM.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great people skills and customer service skills.
Previous sales or store management experience is a strong plus.
