Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce website and third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining our software systems to enhance performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the software infrastructure of our e-commerce website and third-party integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website functionality, API connections, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure timely updates and bug fixes to improve platform stability and performance.
• Optimize database performance and maintain system security.
• Work with developers and IT teams to implement new features and enhancements.
• Conduct regular testing, backups, and system audits to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies, security standards, and data protection guidelines.
• Provide technical support for internal teams and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software maintenance, IT support, or e-commerce platform management.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and database management.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and marketplace tools (Amazon, eBay).
• Experience with troubleshooting payment gateways, order processing systems, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with coding languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) and server management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in maintaining jewelry e-commerce platforms is a plus.
