Services Analyst II

Services Analyst supports end-to-end implementation of simple and highly complex reporting. The timeline of implementation may range from days to months depending on complexity. Services Analysts will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify business risks through data analysis and make recommendations.   As a Services Analyst II, you will be responsible for: Developing financial forecasts and business models; managing updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools. Assisting in monthly reporting through variance analysis and trends; providing accurate insights on financial performance. Managing costs, budgets, and leading compensation planning activities. Defining the needs of the business through collaborative requirements gathering sessions Designing user friendly customized reporting and dashboards by thoroughly understanding the use cases adopted by the business Analyzing data for patterns, trends, or risks and identifying mitigation options and recommendations to share with stakeholders To be successful in this role you will: Have 4+ years relevant experience and a Bachelors degree.
